We’re proud to announce that TransFollow’s official recognition as a certified provider of electronic consignment notes (eCMR) in the Benelux has been extended until July 8, 2027. This decision, confirmed by the National and International Road Transport Organisation (Nationale en Internationale Wegvervoer Organisatie - NIWO), reinforces our position as a trusted partner in the digital transformation of freight transport.
Since the launch of the Benelux Pilot Project on eCMR in December 2017, TransFollow has been among the selected few software providers authorised to generate eCMRs that meet strict legal, security, and compliance standards. These digital documents are not only secure and efficient — they are also legally valid across borders.
This renewed recognition is more than a formality. It’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to legal compliance and technological excellence. At TransFollow, we’ve always placed trust, reliability, and innovation at the heart of our solutions, helping our customers confidently navigate their digitalisation journey.
On July 22, 2025, the Benelux Committee of Ministers officially announced the extension of the intra-Benelux pilot project until July 9, 2027. This extension aligns with the upcoming implementation of Regulation (EU) 2020/1056, which will enable authorities across the EU to access and process electronic freight transport information under the eFTI (electronic Freight Transport Information) regulation.
As the logistics sector continues to evolve, TransFollow remains committed to leading the way — ensuring our partners are equipped with future-proof, compliant, and efficient digital transport solutions.
