TransFollow launches a new mobile application to manage transport operations on the go
TransFollow launches the new TransFollow Drive mobile application enabling all drivers to manage their daily missions by capturing all important milestones, sharing their location, raising exceptions and handling transport documents digitally. This real-time data exchange between the drivers and their back offices allows shippers, carrier companies and other players in the logistics sector to gain full visibility on their transports. The TransFollow Drive App is now available on both Google Play Store and Apple Store.
Real-time visibility, information and documentation exchange
The TransFollow Drive App allows real-time tracking of all transport operations on-the-go – whether the driver is on- or offline. Instant data exchange provides accurate information about the location of the vehicle and updates on realization of each step of the missions. The documents like eCMR, national consignment notes and packing lists along with any potential photos of damaged goods are updated and shared in real time, allowing the back offices to seamlessly and securely archive all transport information. TransFollow Drive also enables drivers to complete the signature process in a chosen method – from simple to most advanced, according to operational requirements and constraints. And all of that in a secure and compliant way thanks to TransFollow’s compliance to the Additional Protocol on eCMR, as well as GDPR and ISO:27001 standards.
The TransFollow Drive App also features a new bidirectional messaging system, with push notifications that enable drivers to communicate directly with the back offices and resolve issues encountered during transports in real time. Messages are automatically translated into the driver’s language.

The fresh and modern design of TransFollow Drive and its improved, more intuitive user interface, flatten the learning curve for both own fleet drivers as well as subcontracted drivers making it easy and quick to integrate the App in their daily work environment. Drivers now benefit from easier access to their assigned transports and respective missions, while the customized workflows make it more intuitive and efficient to carry out tasks during collection, delivery, and whilst being on the road. The TransFollow Drive App adapts the physical transport management process to the steps required in the application. Drivers are guided through these steps, including checks and required signatures. In addition, every event is tracked by GPS.
The “unified transport view” allows drivers to find all assignments and related transport documents in one place. Each dispatch is clearly displayed combined with the corresponding tasks and documents to be signed. TransFollow Drive effectively allows to manage even the most complex transport scenarios, from FTL and LTL transports to cross-docking, break of load, subcontracting, groupage, transportation of hazardous goods, or returnable items.
