Gandolapp partners with TransFollow to offer e-CMR handling via voice control

Gandolapp, the pioneer in voice-tech-enabled solutions for truck drivers and fleet management, has teamed up with TransFollow, a leading provider of transport digitalization solutions, to deliver a more streamlined and intuitive e-CMR (electronic consignment note) experience using voice control technology for drivers across Europe.

Enhanced e-CMR management with voice control

This partnership enables Gandolapp to integrate TransFollow’s e-CMR solution into its voice-controlled mission management application. This allows truck drivers to use highly secure and compliant digital signatures, simplifying the handling of transport documents and enabling seamless data sharing among all parties involved in the transport process. Through this collaboration, Gandolapp users can manage and sign e-CMR documents via multilingual voice technology, with live data shared in real-time between drivers and back-office teams throughout the transport cycle. This innovation reduces paperwork, increases operational efficiency, and minimizes manual errors on the road.  Additionally, it enhances Gandolapp's offering by introducing a new layer of 'planning' to complement the existing 'execution' and 'audit' phases within the transport cycle for their customers.
