Delamode, one of Bulgaria’s leading freight forwarders, has launched an e-CMR pilot project in collaboration with Claims Trans (which has recently been acquired by Cargofort and now operating under Cargofort), the official Bulgarian distribution partner of TransFollow. This pilot aims to streamline logistics operations and boost efficiency and transparency across supply chains by replacing traditional paperwork with TransFollow e-CMRs for Delamode’s transports.

By using the TransFollow’s e-CMR, Delamode will eliminate manual paperwork, reduce handling costs, and prevent administrative and invoicing delays. This switch also marks a significant step toward wider adoption of the e-CMR in Bulgaria, accelerating the digitalization of the road transport sector.

TransFollow, a global leader in transport digitalization, together with its partner Claims Trans, will provide end-to-end support to Delamode throughout this pilot. Delamode’s team will gain immediate access to e-CMRs, enabling them to create, issue, and manage e-CMRs seamlessly through TransFollow products. They’ll benefit from real-time proof of delivery, instant invoicing, and live tracking of all transport events, from loading to final delivery. Over the 50-day pilot, Delamode will conduct more than 100 fully digital transports using TransFollow’s e-CMR solution.
