TransFollow provides cutting-edge IT solutions for the transport and logistics sector across Europe, enabling seamless connections between all supply chain stakeholders, including shippers, receivers, carriers, and drivers.

Our product suite offers multiple alternatives to enable all actors independently of their size, profile or maturity in regard of digitalization: API integration for large organizations, a web portal for small and medium-sized companies, a mobile app for transport company drivers, and recently, messenger tools for subcontracted drivers. About the Job

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for
• Identifying and approaching leads and potential customers in the Dutch logistics sector.
• Presenting and promoting our TransFollow solutions to leads, prospects and customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer needs.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and from implementation to go-live and scale up phases.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their digitalization journey.
• Understanding customer requirements and proposing customized and tailored solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process.
• Gathering customer feedback to continuously improve our solutions.
• Representing TransFollow at trade shows, events, and product demonstrations in The Netherlands.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in sales within the transport and logistics sector and/or software solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including transportation, shipment tracking, and (e-)document management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to quickly understand complex environments (in the industry) and propose effective solutions for the use of the TransFollow product suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative selling approach.
• Proficiency in Dutch (native or fluent) and English (professional level), additional languages like German are beneficial.
• Working in the Amsterdam office and willing to travel within The Netherlands on a regular basis.
