About Viaservice | TransFollow

Viaservice BV is an independent organization based in The Netherlands providing IT solutions for the transport sector and the logistic chain. The product suite TransFollow facilitates the exchange and storage of data relating to the e-CMR and logistics transactions. This can lead to a significant reduction in transaction costs (compared to a paper consignment note) and the logistics processes can function more efficiently. The TransFollow online platform makes the digital exchange of consignment notes possible as well as signing and following it. Companies with their own company specific software system can integrate into the TransFollow platform. The digital consignment note gives full control of all incoming and outgoing shipments.


We expect that the digital consignment notes become an integral part of the logistic sector in the next 5 years.

The position of Sales and Country manager Spain, will form a pivotal role in bridging our sales expectations, ambitions and realization in Spain. The position will build on our experience and presence in Spain for the past five years. You will work closely together with our distributors and agents and will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our relationships with transport companies and shippers. Unlocking new sales potential and converting our existing sales funnel into customers will be one of your main tasks and responsibilities. Lead generation and sales execution is to be done in close alignment with our existing network of partners, being software providers integrating our solution in their product suite. Next to a strong focus on sales execution, you will head our Spanish operations, by building a sales team and set the basis for our future expansion in the region. Attracting development staff, capable of supporting the integration of the TransFollow products at our customers, will be crucial for our future success in the region. As a seasoned manager with a profound sales and technology background, you will transform our Spanish organization into a successful business build on best practices. Expanding our operations, you are not afraid of stepping up and are able to establish office in Spain.


Your Profile:

You have a profound background in sales, preferably in the IT(software sales) segment or the logistics and/or transport environment. You have affinity with IT solutions used in our sector (TMS, WMS,FMS,ERP) and you are familiar working in a team as well as independent. You are a seasoned manager who is able to convert leads into customers, where you are supported by sales teams and integration specialist. You strive for continuous improvement and feel comfortable in a fast growing and frequently changing environment. Expanding as a result of growth, setting up an office and attracting staff is familiar to you. You take initiative and feel comfortable speaking in public, dealing with customers and are not afraid to set up relationships with governmental bodies, authorities and associations. You are  eager to improve internal processes see it as a challenge to hold the regional responsibilities. You have the ability and desire to perform by excellence and strive for perfection. You have excellent communication skills and a positive, confident and determined approach. You have a high degree of self-motivation and ambition and the skills to work both independently and as part of a team.


You have a bachelor or master degree and are familiar with running a business. You have profound knowledge and experience of MS-Office (mainly PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages (French, Portuguese, Italian) are a benefit.
